The original modest home was built in 1947 and was one of the early homes in the Leucadia area.  It sits atop Rainbow Ridge, with views that extend from the ocean to the West and the canyons of Encinitas to the East.

 

Highline transformed the original structure with a full remodel that included added square footage, pool, and a subterranean guest house with a sizeable teak view deck.   The owner chose Highline for this craftsman-inspired rebuild because of our deep experience in creating exposed beam work with concealed joinery, and skill in combining craftsman and contemporary design.
