The original 900 square foot Beach house was built in1956.  Only a few blocks from Sunset Cliffs, the owners knew it was the ideal location to take advantage of their expansive ocean views.  This contemporary design includes indoor/outdoor living with decks on 2 floors, retractable doors, modern materials, designer decor and, of course, those amazing views.
