Rancho Santa Fe

Highline Construction & Renovation has been fortunate in the projects they've been chosen to build, and this is one of those special projects!  This Rancho Santa Fe home, located in the original Convenant area of the Ranch, was originally built with Adobe requiring special attention when incorporating new construction with the existing materials. 

The owners chose to do a full remodel of the main house, guest house and expansion of the pool house.  The remodel included removing the entire roof to reframe with Highline's signature exposed beam ceiling, new kitchen, bathrooms, flooring, and lift and slide door systems.  The construction required approvals through the Rancho Santa Fe Historical Society, which Highline is accustomed to navigating when working with historical and/or coastal areas.
