Rancho Santa Fe horse property
This beautiful horse compound was transformed from its original style common to Rancho Santa Fe into a more modern farmhouse style with extensive use of natural elements. The riding rink was re-engineered and enlarged, the stables were redone with beautiful ironwork and lighting, and all fencing was redone.
The 8200 sq. ft. main house had the barrel tile roof replaced with a standing seam metal roof, all arched widows were switched out to large, modern rectangular windows, exterior stucco was updated with white natural stone elements added to columns and accent walls. The cement driveway was replaced with cobblestone.
The interior was fully redone with all wood beams sandblasted resulting in a lighter, more modern look along with expanded skylights to bring the natural elements inside the main living area. Sliding door systems were added providing expansive indoor/outdoor living spaces and a refurbished pool area.
One of a kind Designer lighting elevates the entire home. The kitchen is a design masterpiece with hidden cabinets and pantries, beautiful porcelan, and fully custom designed cabinetry. More pictures to come of the entire project.
